The customer must pick up his device from our repair center within 3 months from the day of repair. After 3 months the device goes for recycling.

The guarantee is provided by Samsung. As long as the device is under warranty from the manufacturer and meets the conditions, it is repaired without financial burden from the customer. For repairs that are out of warranty, we provide a 3-month warranty for the repair made by the customer in our store. In non-guaranteed calendar repairs, if the customer refuses the repair cost, the minimum charge for the inspection is 8.5 € (incl. VAT)
The duration of the repair can last up to 72 hours depending on the availability of spare parts or periodic damage, etc.
